Please provide the total usable square footage and the location for each type of flooring.
The location description should include the building number, floor number, suite number,
and where within suite, if applicable. You may also want to include any special contact
numbers or facility hours of operation.
Each floor type includes one to many duties. Select the frequency
for which you would like the duty completed, or select "Not Included"
if you do not require a particular duty to be performed.
Some duties have footnotes (i.e. Germicide 1).

All cleaning products, polishes, seals and chemicals
must be approved by property management. Materials
shall be delivered to the site in the original containers
with the product name, manufacturer, chemical dates
and warnings plainly marked on the label. Material
Data and Safety Sheets must be submitted for all
such materials and no substitutions shall be made
by contractor without prior written approval from
property manager.
