• The Property Rep reserves the right to
accept and or reject any and all bids.
|
| |
|
• All Proposals will be considered final
by Property Rep. No additions, deletions, corrections
or adjustments will be accepted after the time
of bid opening. |
| |
|
• All delivery costs or charges for materials
and equipment shall be included as F.O.B. in the
bid price. And all taxes, markups, and any other
indirect costs will be included as a separate
line item to attain the total bid price.

|
• An authorized officer of the Vendor submitting
the bid must sign all proposals. |
| |
|
• All prices and notations must be in ink
or typewritten. Mistakes must be crossed out;
corrections typed adjacent and must be initialed
in ink by person signing proposal. |
| |
|
• Vendor acknowledges that it is an expert
and that Property Rep relies upon Vendor as an
expert being fully competent in all cases involved
in producing, testing and developing, installing,
modifying, altering, reconditioning, stocking,
servicing, and integrating the equipment and/or
systems furnished. |
| |
|
• Vendor shall be responsible for the equipment
and/or systems furnished that were originated
and/or accomplished by them. Also, the Vendor
will not deny any responsibility or obligation
to Property Rep on the grounds that it was originated
or accomplished by Property Rep. |
| |
|
• Property Rep in originating, furnishing
or approving any specification, drawing, plan,
change, schedule or other document or part thereof,
or any test report, or in accepting any systems,
neither accepts responsibility for, nor relieves
Vendor from the performance of all terms and conditions
of the Request For Proposal (RFP), and any contract
that may be awarded. Any such acts by Property
Rep shall not modify, impair or abrogate any rights
of Property Rep under this Request for Proposal
(RFP) and any subsequent contract. |

• Vendor shall notify Property Rep and provide
a written copy of all Material Safety and Data
Sheets (MSDS). Such sheets must be submitted for
all materials by Vendor to the Property Rep for
approval prior to the use of these materials on
site. |

|
• All building specific software, policies
and procedures are confidential and will not be
used, transmitted or disclosed to any other person
or persons except when authorized in writing by
the Property Rep to disclose this information.
The Property Rep (PRIOR to any changes) will approve
all changes to any building related software,
hardware or monitoring procedures, equipment or
devices. |

• Minimum installation, inspection and testing
requirements will meet or exceed those identified
in the latest revision to Standards and Codes
that apply to the specific vendor type (i.e. RFP
Category) and that locality. |
